Greetings Adventurer! Here in the Community of Belmont Heights we have quests to pique the curiosity of many a wanderer. Perhaps we have just the tonic to soothe your world-weariness.
Ink Weaver (writer) – Whether you’re a Wordsmith, a Story Alchemist, or a Verse Explorer – join us in the joyful task of writing this very newsletter! Perhaps you will venture forth to connect with new local businesses and help to welcome them to the neighborhood. Mayhap you desire the glory of your true name in print! Thine neighbors will recognize your words and speak to you of them. Perchance you long to wax poetic o’er the beauty of our neighborhood, or call attention to the good works of others. Come! Join us in this great endeavor and write for News for the Neighborhood!
Grammar Guardian (editor) – Are you one of those Sentence Sculptors, Comma Conjurers, or Manuscript Maestros who loathes errors in the printed word? Does correct grammar matter to you? You can have a great affect, on making you’re newsletter great. Only you can prevent sentences like that last one!
Festivity Fairy – The noble organization of the Belmont Heights Community Association (BHCA) is built on great community events. We seek the Soiree Specialist to join us in bringing jollity through organizing our upcoming members-only holiday party. We hunt the Event Enchanter who brings magic to the Spring Egg Hunt and smiles to children’s faces. We long for Setup Specialists to attend any of our events and bring order to chaos, and assist in chair manipulation and preparation.
Become a Member - If you can’t join in the joyful quests of the BHCA’s mission to build community through volunteering, then I implore you to join us as a member. Becoming a member has no additional commitment beyond our yearly fee, but it would make a gargantuan difference in our ability to bring great events like the BHCA Book Club, Goblins on the Greenbelt, and Belmont Heights Make a Difference Day. We currently have over 10,000 residents in Belmont Heights but only 2% are members of the association. Please join today!
